The room club residence villas each cover 500 sqm total living area. Both have Dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The interior has a contemporary oriental style and comes fully furnished with built-in cabinet's and cupboards and the finest in ceramic and hardwood floors.

The house is comfortably cooled down by 7 built-in aircon's.
