Phoenix Lakeside is situated beside the 14th hole on the ocean side of the Phoenix Golf Course.

The villas offer the ultimate in space and privacy.

A FREE Toyota SUV, pick up or car is provided with each villa.

The Pool Villas are available in 3, 4 and 5 bedroom options.

All the villas are luxurious, very spacious and beautifully furnished in large tropical landscaped gardens on the banks of a private lake.

The villas are ideally suited for adult groups and family groups with children.

The villas are very private, the surroundings are amazing yet we are just a 3 minute drive from Sukhumvit Road, and only 10 minutes from the centre of Jomtien.

To our left is the beautiful Wat Yarn, Buddha Mountain and the Silverlake Vinyard which can be seen from the balconies and terraces of the villas.

The fishing village of Bang Saray is a 5 minute drive away and has some of the finest sea food restaurants in the area.

A short 10 minute drive to our right is Jomtien Beach, with restaurants, bars and an array of water sports and beach activities.Pattaya and its vibrant nightlife are a 15 minute ride away.

The range of activities and tours available is endless.

A VIP Minibus is available for guests wishing to relax and be chauffeur driven.

Inside the property there are 5 very large double bedrooms, complete with walk-in wardrobes, built in AC systems, ceiling fans and luxury ensuite bathrooms.

The deluxe pool villa Amber sits on the west corner of the lake in over 3,000 m2 of private tropical gardens.

The 11m x 8m infinity pool is complete with Jacuzzi and poolside sala for dining.

There is both an indoor and an outdoor kitchen and also a gas barbeque for outdoor cooking and parties.

The Master bedroom is complete with LCD TV, DVD player, Jacuzzi bathtub.

The living areas are vast and open plan with internal dining tables for 8 guests.

A 42 Inch LCD TV complete with DVD player and sound system is provided

At balcony level is a spectacular sala for entertaining, drinks and dining.

All upper bedrooms are complete with individual balconies overlooking the lake, mountains and golf course.

For the sports minded, exercise equipment is provided on the upstairs terraces.
Views from the upstairs bedrooms are simply beautiful.

To the rear are the grounds of the Phoenix Golf Course. To the front are the private pool, landscaped gardens and the private lake with amazing views of Buddha Mountain and hilltop Buddhist temples.

A lakefront sala offers a great place for fishing or simply relaxing with family or friends.

The lake is alive with fish, wild turtles and other wildlife.

Within the grounds of Lakeside are horses, a small flock of sheep and other livestock which contribute to the relaxing atmosphere.

Lakeside is free of any hustle and bustle noises and breakfasts outside are interrupted only by the sound of local birds and wildlife.

Set beside a beautiful private lake, the Pool Villa has 3 double bedrooms on the second floor of the main building.

Set in 2,500 m2 of tropical landscaped gardens, this luxury 5 bedroom villa has everything you could wish for during your stay.

The lakeside Pool Villa provides our guests with space, privacy,a free vehicle and all the advantages that a hotel simply cannot match.

Included with the villa is a free car. 3 models are available including Toyota Fortuner, 4D Vigo Pick Up and Vios saloon. The vehicles are fully insured and give our guests freedom to really explore this beautiful destination.

The Master bedroom includes LCD TV/DVD player, has walk-in wardrobes to allow guests to really unpack and feel at home, the master bathroom is complete with large Jacuzzi, shower and 2 washbasins set in granite.

The huge upstairs terrace is covered by a beautiful wooden ceiling providing cool shade and soft breezes from the lake.

The terrace is furnished with Rattan sofa and chairs, perfect to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake, Buddha Mountain and the Wat Yarn mountain temples.

On the ground floor, the open plan living area is perfectly laid out. The kitchen is very large and fully equipped for all your cooking needs, a separate dining area provides dining space for 8 persons.

The main entertainment area comes with large LCD TV, Satellite TV channels, DVD and sound system.

Around the pool is a covered poolside terrace and a dining area with seating for 8.

Double bedroom #4 is poolside, with double bedroom #5 to the rear of the house beside the main entrance to the villa. Both bedrooms are complete with en-suite bathrooms and AC.

The pool is crystal clear, 10m x 7m with waterfall and a separate Jacuzzi / child's pool. The water is an even 1.5m deep for safe, practical fun for all.

Beside the pool is a covered wooden sala complete with tables and chairs for morning breakfasts/evening sundowners.

The garden is terraced, on two levels, the lower level has 30m of lakefront, with garden chairs and is an excellent spot for fishing. The lake fishing has become a big favourite with many guests and fishing equipment is supplied upon request.
